Enhanced Multi-Function Data Acquisition Card





Introduction

The ACL-8112 Series is the next generation of the ACL-812PG card. The register structure of this series is fully compatible with the ACL-812PG, so all of the software for ACL-812PG will run with the ACL-8112 Series.

The ACL-8112 Series consists of two products, the ACL-8112HG and ACL-8112DG. The ACL-8112HG provides special high-gain programmable instrument amplifier for low level input applications, such as measure thermocouple signals. The ACL-8112DG provides high speed sample rate (up to 90KHz) at all gains (x1, x2, x4 and x8).

The ACL-8112 Series features 16 single-ended or 8 differential analog inputs at up to 90KHz, 2 channels multiplying 12-bit double-buffered analog output, 16 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs and one timer/counter channel.

To reduce RFI and EMI noise and assure accuracy on sensitive analog inputs, analog circuitry is powered from an on board DC-to-DC converter that provides high noise isolation from the PC's power.
