ACL-8125`s Connections

The ACL-8125 comes equipped with a DB-37 female connector, this board is designed for ACL-812 series card for convenient wiring. This board provides two kinds of wiring style : Single-ended and Differential : the connections are illustrated as below :

(I) Single-ended Connection



(II) Differential Connection



A CL-8125`s CJC Output Configuration

An on-board Cold Junction Compensation(CJC) circuitry is provided by the ACLD-8125 wiring terminal board for thermocouple measurement. The CJC is connected with Channel 0 of the internal connector. The circuit diagram of CJC and CH0 is shown as follows :



The jumper settings for CJC output configuration are as follows :



(I) Single-ended with CJC :



(II) Fully Differential with CJC :



(III) Disable CJC :
