Low-Cost EPROM Disk Card
Introduction
The AR-B7010 is a bootable EPROM card. It provides one 32-pin JEDEC socket which can be populated with up to 1MB EPROM.
AR-B7010 also provides a programmable watch-dog timer for CPU failure detection.
Features
- One 32-pin JEDEC standard socket
- Up to 1MB EPROM space
- Occupies only 16KB of memory (Resident area DIP selectable switch)
- 10 to 15 times faster than mechanical disk drives
- Failure detection watch-dog timer: 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 35, 42 seconds programmable (optional)
- Accepts 27C010 (128KB), 27C020 (256KB), 27C040 (512KB), and 27C080 (1MB) EPROM (software auto switched)
- 20 bit address bus decoding
