AR-B7016
8MB High Capacity Flash EPROM/SRAM Disk Card (Expandable to 16MB)

The AR-B7016 is a high capacity solid state disk that emulates 1 or 2 floppy disk drives and provides maximum capacity of 8 MB by using FLASH, EPROM and SRAM. The AR-B7017 piggyback memory carrier module is designed as the memory extension of AR-B7016. By using two AR-B7017 with the AR-B7016, a maximum of 16MB of disk capacity can be achieved. Every AR-B7017 can carry an extra 4MB of disk space and a maximum of 2 AR-B7017's can be plugged into AR-B7016. The disk number can be designated as A, B, C or D by setting the DIP switches on AR-B7016. Besides the EPROM and SRAM chips, AR-B7016 and AR-B7017 accept different types of FLASH memory from 64Kx8 to 512Kx8.
