Introduction
The AR-B7040 is a solid-state disk card that can be used as a system disk or as a replacement for mechanical
disk drives. It is compatible with IBM PC/XT/AT computers.

- Up to 4MB EPROM/4MB SRAM/2MB Flash EPROM or any combination of these
- On-board eraser/writer circuitry supports Flash EPROM application
- Write-protected function provides SRAM data operation
- Battery back-up circuitry guarantees SRAM data retention
- Fully compatible with standard floppy disk drive
- Up to 4 units can be added to achieve 16MB disk size
- Supports powerful BIOS and software utilities
- Includes a watch-dog timer
