The low power Schottky LS TTL Family combines a current and power
reduction by a factor of 5 (compared to 7400 TTL) with antisaturation Schottky diode clamping
and advanced processing, using shallower diffusions and higher sheet resistivity to
achieve circuit performance better than conventional TTL.
