X2 56 Kbps Data Fax Modem
Introduction
Flash BIOS means that this fax/modem is capable of being reprogrammed
if the final standard for 56K modems in NOT the US Robotics x2 technology.
This product utilizes a Texas Instruments chipset for the primary design.
Capable of downloading files at a maximum of 56Kbps (check your internet
provider, unless they provide x2 transmit service, there will not be any
advantage to using this product). Auto-detects slower speeds and automatically
adjusts. Additional features include fax transmit and receive, scheduled
fax broadcasting, and voice/telephone features that include unlimited voice
and fax mail boxes with individual greetings, fax on demand folders, and
remote access to fax and data messages with full password protection. 50
