The bounce-free push button switches provide two individual positive going pulses and act as pulsers.
The fine adjustable clock oscillator supplies a TTL level clock output in the range of 1Hz to 100Hz, it acts as a trigger signal source.
The 3 position DIP switches act as logic data switches and provide "High", "Low", and " Floating" states for each pin of the tested IC. If any of the IC pins are set as "Floating" the parallel pin socket can be connected to the desired signal source by solid wire.
Any DIP type IC up to 40-pins can be inserted into the universal Test Tool socket for function emulation.
The buffered LED indicators can be used to indicate the status of the tested pin.
A solderless breadboard with 360 tie points provides free wiring space for any additional circuits.
